Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Refund Policy Honey Badger Haus, LLC Effective Date: April 15, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Honey Badger Haus, LLC. By purchasing from Honey Badger Haus, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein. These terms apply to all customers and all transactions unless otherwise required by law.

1. General Return Eligibility Customers have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date an item is delivered to request a return. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, unfired, and in the same condition as received. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Refund Procedure Upon receipt of a returned item, Honey Badger Haus, LLC will conduct an inspection to verify condition and eligibility. Customers will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution. All approved returns are subject to a flat thirty percent (30 percent) restocking fee.

3. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, Honey Badger Haus, LLC may deduct return shipping costs from the refund amount. Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable shipping and to purchase shipping insurance.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable: Used firearms Ammunition Gift cards Downloadable software Certain health and personal care items Firearms that have been transferred to the customer via ATF Form 4473 Customized or personalized items Perishable goods

5. Exchanges and Warranty Support All new firearms are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Honey Badger Haus, LLC will assist customers in initiating warranty claims and provide guidance regarding repair or replacement procedures. Warranty determinations are made solely by the manufacturer.

6. Firearm Returns Prior to Transfer If a new firearm has not yet been transferred to the customer via ATF Form 4473, it may be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping and FFL transfer fees associated with the return. A thirty percent (30 percent) restocking fee applies. Once a firearm has been transferred, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstance.

7. Proof of Condition Requirement Customers must provide photographic or video evidence of the item’s condition prior to receiving return authorization. This requirement exists to prevent fraudulent or inaccurate claims.

8. Return Authorization Requirement Customers must obtain written Return Authorization (RA) from Honey Badger Haus, LLC before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

9. Refund Timeline Refunds for approved returns will be processed within seven to ten (7 to 10) business days after the item is received and inspected.

10. Restocking Fee A flat thirty percent (30 percent) restocking fee applies to all returned items without exception.

11. Seasonal and Clearance Items Seasonal, promotional, and clearance items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase and must meet all standard return requirements.

12. Customer Responsibility for Damage Honey Badger Haus, LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and selecting an appropriate carrier. Claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier.

13. International Returns International customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable customs regulations, as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees. Honey Badger Haus, LLC does not reimburse these costs.

14. Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued for items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components. The amount deducted will be determined after inspection and based on the extent of the discrepancy.

15. Warranty Claims To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Honey Badger Haus, LLC at honeybadgerhaus@gmail.com and provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos when applicable.

16. Cold Feet Policy (Order Cancellation) Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase without penalty. Cancellations requested after twenty-four (24) hours but prior to shipment may be subject to a ten percent (10 percent) administrative fee to cover processing and payment handling costs. Once an item has shipped, or once a firearm has been transferred via ATF Form 4473, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.
