Firearms, NFA Items, and Serialized Items: All firearms, NFA items, and serialized components must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Customers are responsible for providing FFL contact information or ensuring their dealer sends a copy of their license to Honey Badger Haus, LLC.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not export firearms, parts, or accessories outside the United States. We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding restricted items. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items ordered are legal to possess in their jurisdiction. We will not ship restricted items to prohibited states unless valid Law Enforcement credentials are provided at the time of purchase.
Firearms Shipping to California: We ship firearms to California. Handguns must appear on the California DOJ Handgun Roster unless the purchaser provides valid Law Enforcement credentials for off-roster transfers.
Transfer of Responsibility After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines and arrival dates are controlled solely by the carrier. Honey Badger Haus, LLC is not responsible for delays after the package has been transferred to the carrier.
